First activity in Educational Technology Laboratory our skill in visualizing things is tested. We are assigned to draw what is in our mind if we heard a specific abstract word. On the spot, our teacher tell us the words to be draw. These includes freedom, strength, unity and energy. In other words you will interpret the abstract into real objects that symbolizes it.
Learnings:
Visualization is very important as a future teacher. as a teacher it is a must to encourage the students to think beyond thinking or meta-cognition skills. It enables me to think as fast as i could and think deeper on what is the appropriate representation should I draw with the given abstract nouns.
